About Conveyancing @ Platinum
Chantal Pudig is a Certified Practising Conveyancer. She also holds the relevant professional indeminity insurance approved by NSW Department of Fair Trading for the added protection of all her clients.
How did Chantal achieve this?
In 2000, after working as a paralegal for a Sydney law firm for 11 years, Chantal decided to gain her qualifications to practice as a Certified Practicing Conveyancer. In 2001, she completed her studies at TAFE NSW Sydney Institute. In addition to becoming qualified, she was awarded the TAFE NSW State Medal for the highest results in the Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing at a special TAFE event on 5 June 2002.
Upon obtaining her licence in 2002, Chantal commenced work as a Certified Practicing Conveyancer with NSW Statewide Conveyancing, Woy Woy where she got a feel for working on the Central Coast. In 2004, Chantal went back to Sydney where she began her career in 1989 and starting working for the same legal firm as their conveyancer. Whilst working in Sydney again, Chantal gained a reputation with her clients, agents, finance brokers and the like for knowing how people need to be treated. She also knows how to make people feel that they are important and understands their needs. A lot of Chantal's repeat clients and referral work is due to her knowing that it is important to keep all parties fully informed of progress.
Now after 6 years Chantal is now back on the Central Coast in her own business and is ready to meet the conveyancing needs of the community where she has lived all her life.
Why not give Chantal a call and she will assist you with one of the most crucial decisions of your life!
